Stocking - Sunday 27th September 8pm

I will be stocking my store Zanz on MiniCuteture at 8pm (AEST) Sunday night.

There is lots of cotton and Bendigo Woolen Mills Luxury and some lush organic merino.
Here is a quick preview of some of it (there are a couple of others still drying).
They will all be going up for preview on the store over the next couple of days if you want to see more detail!

There will also be some more Twilight and Harry Potter themed bookmarks - great for Christmas presents!!

Remembering Star

I received this gorgeous sculpture today from amazingly talented Arranah Lee at The Rainbow Orb.
The sculpture Remembering Star represents me and the girls holding Star our recently lost silkie chicken. The necklace contains the gemstones that represent each of our birth months.

October contribution to the Ewe Beaut Fibre box

Finished skeining up my contributions to the October Ewe Beaut Fibre Sampler box.

I have included 3 different samples this time.
There is Aran weight organic merino (yum!) in Daffodil Garden colourway.
And two lots of 22 micron merino tops - Summer Flowers and Jasmine. (inspired by the Jasmine that is growing all down the side of our house and behind my washing line, lol, so I can't miss it).

This is a great idea from a WA mum to bring a fibre sample box to Australia. I was a contributor to the first box last month and I also received a box of goodies. OMG yarn and fibre heaven!!!! Lots of great samples to play with (and websites to spend money at!) and I've decided to collect all my fibre samples (other than one that matched some cotton I had dyed up perfectly) to make a scrap spin and I can't wait! What I've collected already is so delectable!

Dress for Lara

Finished this today.
Stunning handspun from Danni at Covered In Cloth with a merino trim.
A bit of growing room, lol, as I made it a size up.
